I just got back from a wonderful stay at Hotel Serena in Rieti. The hotel totally surprised me in a good way; I initially expected a standard experience but got so much more. The value for what we paid was fantastic, especially with breakfast included. The restaurant on the top floor offered a breathtaking view, and the food was excellent. The cleanliness was impeccable, but sometimes I wished the air conditioning worked a little better during particularly warm days.
